Sean Shares Something Short

Happy Twosday to you!

I’m excited to share some fantastic news with you all. Thanks to your incredible support during our recent fundraiser, we’ve taken a big step forward in our mission. We’ve secured a shipping container, which will soon be transformed into a cutting-edge chicken farm. This container, which cost $4,600, is already on its way to Site B and should arrive within the week. This is a major investment in the future of our farm and the youth we support, and I couldn’t be more thrilled about what’s ahead.

We raised nearly $7,000, providing us the resources to move forward confidently. With your continued support, I know we’ll be able to turn this container into a thriving part of our farm, offering even more opportunities for growth and learning.

This week’s newsletter has a lot in store for you. I’ve referenced our feature story from last week, so go read that if you have not yet. I drop some hints in Our Food and Wellness Tips, where I introduce you to natural sunblock secrets from tropical cultures and cowboys, focusing on the benefits of kukui nut oil and tallow. I’ll also give you my framework for creating your own sprouting jar, which is perfect for growing sprouts -nature’s superfood - at home.

I hope you enjoy this issue, and stay tuned for Friday’s newsletter!

Farm Updates

Exciting things are happening at Blooming Health Farms! We’re thrilled to announce that our "Chicken Farm In A Box" project is officially underway.

This innovative initiative involves converting a shipping container into a fully operational chicken farm, which will increase our egg production and provide hands-on agricultural experience for the justice-involved youth we support.

We're gearing up for the transformation with the container arriving soon at Site B. This project is a major step forward in our mission to grow food, people, and community, and we can’t wait to see it come to life!
